An on-line coaching course made specifically for women who want to be nourished and balanced. We go deep and look at more than just the food you put into your mouth. There are 12 modules to this course, with a combination of on-line learning and 1:1 time with Jessica Lowe. This is all about investing in yourself to improve your life, it is a holistic approach and some of the changes you can expect include improved hormone balance, weight loss, more energy, better sleep, improved digestion and reduced bloating.
