What is the “Get on Track” Program?

It is a 14-day program that teaches busy women all about good nutrition and what will work for their body, goals and lifestyle.

It is not a one size fits all program or meal plan, there are 3 meal plans to try and this is to ensure you are nourished correctly for your body and goals. Coach J Lowe promises that you won’t go hungry and the food tastes amazing! The program is designed to teach you exactly what is best for your body, how easy it can be and what will work into your busy schedule. It is a sustainable approach and with consistency can be life changing.

WHY IT WORKS…

Jessica Lowe has been working with clients 1:1 building meal plans that get results for over 8 years! Her scientific approach teaches people how to eat enough in the correct macro balance. All while still consuming less calories than they burn, so the meal plan works to increase metabolism and bust the hunger!

All the recipes in Jessica Lowe’s Happy Healthy Programs, including the Get on Track have been created by her and tried and tested! All meals are high protein, so you feel fuller for longer and your body can build muscle, while you drop fat!

A well-nourished body also supports hormonal balance, and this helps to beat the middle-aged hormonal spread. The food tastes great, your energy improves, and this new way of eating is easy to follow.

ABOUT YOUR COACH…

Hello, I am Jessica Lowe.

When it comes to nutritional overwhelm, I get it because I have been there myself. I also know as a busy mum of two and a business owner that cooking and feeding everyone is just another task on the list, not to mention having health goals! This is why I have created the “Get on Track” program because I wish it was around when I was needing to heal myself, feel better and stress less about food.

I started my journey into wellness many years ago as I battled my own health issues such as chronic fatigue and depression after a few too many life challenges in 2012, one being a divorce. This led me to leaving my stressful corporate job at the time and studying fitness, nutrition, and women’s health. At the time I was in my late 20’s and I had been busting myself at the gym daily for hours in a bid to keep the weight off, I was frustrated, and I was exhausted. You see after losing 12 kilos in my mid 20’s by 28 I had a massive fear of re-gaining the weight, but my approach was so unsustainable. Now as a nutritionist I know better, and I know there is a better way and it’s life changing. I have no regrets from this time of my life because it led me here today, a healthy mum of two beautiful children helping others to thrive again with the power of food!

I started my Nutrition Coaching business in 2016 and I have now been working one to one with clients for over 8 years helping them make sustainable changes with their nutrition. The results speak for themselves! My vast experience working as a nutritionist working with hundreds if not thousands of people has led me to realise that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach and that is why the Get on Track program offers 3 meal plan types. My mission is to empower my clients by providing education, to keep it simple so they can learn what will really work for them.

I get it, life is busy… it is hard, trust me I do! I am a mum running a business, my husband works away and life is hectic so if anyone understands that meals need to be quick, simple, healthy, and delicious it is me! I also know that to stay on track you must have a plan! Without a plan, you will fail. This is why I take the pain out of the lengthy meal planning process so you can shop, prep in advance, and win some time back to spend with your family.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • You will be educated on this as part of the program, the welcome introduction educational live on April 18th teaches you everything you need to know, and you have several days to get organized before the official start on Monday April 22nd.

  • Don’t worry the videos are saved in the facebook community group for you to watch at any time that suits.

  • Yes, breakfast and lunches are designed to be prepared for one person but the dinners are all serves four, so you only need to cook meal every night. The meals are kid friendly too.

  • This makes life even easier, you can either split the dinner recipes in half, or use leftovers for lunches removing the need to meal prep lunches or freeze the leftovers for the following week because the 7-day plan is designed to be done over 14 days.

  • Yes!

  • Yes, you can but we suggest you purchase the additional plant-based recipe book for $9.95 to give you more options. All of our meals can swap easily due to our unique macro meal concepts and Coach J Lowe will educate you on this during the program. There is also suggested plant-based swaps in the prep guide.

  • The Get on Track Program is designed to get you started and after having 14 days experience of just how great you can feel with good nutrition we hope you decide to join our club!

    To stay on track, you can join the Happy Healthy Nutrition Club, which comes with monthly meal plans and hundreds of recipes to select from with the on-line hub.

    Plus, in the Nutrition Club the learning never stops because Jessica goes live every single Friday to explain the new recipes, meal plans and constantly educate. The facebook community used for Get on Track is the same as the Nutrition Club so you will get to experience what it is like.

  • You can join the group as soon as you sign up for the program and you will be given 4 weeks access from the date the program officially kicks off on April 18th.
